M2G Ventures and Pennybacker Capital LLC bought a 1.19 million-square-foot industrial distribution facility and company store formerly owned by Tuesday Early morning on Inwood Highway and Beltwood Parkway in Farmers Branch. The invest in also features Tuesday Morning’s 105,000 sq.-foot headquarters positioned at 6250 Lyndon B Johnson Freeway in Dallas. Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth’s Adam Graham and Stephen Williams brokered the sale.

An investor bought the Texas Oncology creating, a 7,345-sq.-foot investment home at 191 Walls Drive in Cleburne. Marcus & Millichaps’ Alex Sacks, Brett Rodgers, Frank M. Roti and Garret Wolfe brokered the sale.

E & R Artecona Family members LP purchased much more than 280 acres in two tracts on County Road 615 and 625 in Venus. Tom Heraty of NAI Robert Lynn brokered the sale.

Firstsource Health care has leased 50,000 square toes of workplace room at 3100 Olympus Boulevard in the Cypress Waters development in the vicinity of LBJ Freeway and Belt Line Road. Colliers International’s Mia Jarrell, Travis Ewert, Dylan Smith, Jihane Boury, Mary Stoner and Stephen Rury negotiated the lease.

Direct Holdings leased 3,811 square feet of place of work house at 12221 Benefit Push in Dallas. Bruce Sifford of Direct Assets Services Inc. negotiated the lease with Jessica Cyphers and Ben Veler representing Hartman Income REIT.
